"You will lose your mind"

That's what a friend said to me before I went in...

“You’re going to lose your mind”

That’s what he said to me before I did it.

4 nights. 3 days. 88 hours.

Total darkness. Total Silence.

No phone. No lights. No sounds. No distractions.

I thought it would be peaceful.

But it wasn’t.

At first… nothing.

Then slowly…

My mind got louder.

Not quieter.

Memories started surfacing.

Random thoughts.

Images and memories.

And at one point I realized:

I wasn’t distracted by the outside world anymore…

But I was completely distracted by my inside.

We all spend so much time blaming:

•    phone notifications

•    emails

•    meetings

But what if the real distraction… is us?

And then, in the dark room something shifted.

After the noise…

Came something else.

Focus.

Clarity.

Energy.Calm.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot since coming back.

Because most teams today are trying to move fast…

While operating in constant distraction.

On May 26, I’m sharing what I learned from this experience:

The Power of No Distractions

•    what actually happens when sensory input disappears

•    why flow is so hard to access in daily life

•    how to create flow in real life (without a dark room)

If you're curious, you can join us each month...
